Reservations made on Travelsync.com website is secure and guaranteed by iLive Corporation, Công ty TNHH Công Nghệ & TM Điện Tử iLive. Advance payment by credit card or bank transfer is required for all reservations. The Charge on your card will appear as iLive Corp. In special circumstances we allow for the payment to be made at the hotel.

We do not share or sell your contact information and adhered to the strictest privacy policies. Your use of this web site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you should not use this web site.

 
1. How to make reservations
 

The reservation can be made through our websites, via the reservation contact form or by sending an email request to hotels@travelsyn.com. All reservation are not confirm until payment from your bank is approved and you have received a hotel voucher from us.

All reservations are only valid once you have received a confirmation and check-in voucher from iLive Corporation after your payment is approved.

 
2. Confirmation
 

TravelSync Vietnam, managed by iLive Corporation will confirm hotel reservation(s), tour booking(s) and transportation arrangement(s) by email stating the specifications which are to be fulfilled and other relevant requirements of the participants. Failure to fulfillment any requirements ask by our company and to provide all the required documents will void your travel request. Tour participants are required to reconfirm his/her reservation on the final agreed arrangement, which is considered a contract between the two parties.

 
3. Cancellation and Cancellation fees
 

1. Notification of cancellation made by hotel guest(s) or tour participant(s) in writing via email must be received by TravelSync Vietnam within a reasonable amount of time. All cancellations are on a case by case basis and will be regulated by that individual hotel’s cancellation policies. If the hotel does not have a cancellation policies, all cancellation made will be regulated by Travelsync policies.

 
TravelSync Cancellation Policies:
 

- 7 Days advance notice is required for all cancellation. There are no guarantee of the percentage of payment you will be refunded. This is base on the hotels refund policy. Each hotel will differ on the amount they will refund the guest for cancellation made with a 7 day advance notice.

 

- Cancellation made with less than 7 days advance notice will lose all pre-paid payments and deposit.

 

- No show on the day of check-in to the hotel or departure date and time of the tours will result in 100% forfeit of all your payment. A No show represents not appearing at the location you are suppose to be on that given date and time. No written contact was made to and received by TravelSync due to travel delays or inability to appear at the hotel or tour departure location. TravelSync must in return acknowledge all written contact attempt made to this company.

 

- No refund or reduction will be made to any guest or member who check-out early form their hotel or breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary in Vietnam.

 
4. Deposits
 

A 100% deposit of your hotels room cost and or tour price is required to confirm your booking. Deposit should be made by credit card or bank transfer to iLive Corporation’s bank account.

It is required that all payment by credit card provides additional documentations as proof of ownership of the credit card. A copy of both side of the credit card and photocopy of your passport must be sent to us as legal proof.

 

After the payment has been made, TravelSync will draw up/ email a confirmation which is considered a contract between two parties.

If you do not want to show your credit card, other optional method of payment online by credit card with Vietnamese System www.onepay.vn might be available through a secure website link.

 
By Money Transfer:
 

Payment by money transfer service of Western Union is accepted. You may choose to send us your payment via a Western Union authorized agents. After payment is made via Western Union, please provide us with the code of the transaction. Once the payment have been received successful, we will email you your confirmation

 
6. Liability
 

TRAVELSYNC is committed to doing its utmost to provide the services to the best of our ability and upon the satisfaction of our guests and clients. It's the understanding of the concerned parties that we acts as an intermediary between the clients and airlines, hotels, transport operators and other contractors providing the services to its clients.

 

TRAVELSYNC will in no event be liable to the guests or clients by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the guest or clients by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay and change in schedule or other adverse events, which are beyond the control of TRAVELSYNC and /or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the clients. The guest or clients warrant that TRAVELSYNC will not be responsible and/or liable for any additional expense and/or damage incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disasters, political changes or social unrests.

 
7. Claims
 

All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services will first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiations and mutual understanding fail. The disputes, claims and litigation will be settled by arbitration. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.

 
 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS

 

Making travel reservations through TravelSync is secure and guaranteed. In most of the cases, advance payment by credit card or bank transfer is required. The charge on your card will appear as iLive Corp.

 

Your use of this web site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.

 
1. RESERVATIONS
 

The rates listed on our Hotels Reservations website are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly. We do not offer our discounted rate at the hotel.

 

We check availability with the hotel when we receive your reservation request. When you make your reservation we allow you to enter other choices in order of preference. Please remember that by combining "availability check" and "reservation" into a one step, we reduce our cost of operation and thus we can offer you much lower prices.

 

PLEASE NOTE: You are required to confirm acceptance of your reservation and make advance payment and provide your credit card details, otherwise we will cancel your reservation(s) automatically without written notice.

 
2. CANCELLATION and NON ARRIVAL POLICY
 

Each hotel property has different payment regulations and methods to secure accommodation.

 
Full Prepayment Destinations
 

Once we have confirmed availability and charged your credit card to secure your room(s) if you cancel at this point you will be charged 5% for Visa, Master card and American Express bank credit card processing fee plus any additional charge that might apply.

 

In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before check-in full charge will be applied. Time limit for cancellation will differ with each hotel.

 

Last minute cancellations (less than 2 days ) or NON-ARRIVAL (No Show) will result in NO REFUND and loss of all advance payment.

 
Partial Payment Destinations (Small Deposits paid to secure accommodation.)
 

Deposits made to secure bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Once bookings have been paid for and confirmed with the hotel, in the event of early checkout (leaving the hotel earlier for a shorter period than the number of nights booked) refunds are generally not permitted. However we can consider requests and after discussion with the booking agents and hotels, a proportional refund can sometimes be made. Each case is treated on an individual basis.

 

Some hotels have a slightly different policy and refunds are not guarantee.

 
3. SITE AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
 

This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of TravelSync and/or its various third party providers and distributors. None of the content or data found on this web site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of TravelSync and/or its third party providers and distributors.

 
4. AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY
 

You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all reservations you perform.

 
5. PRIVACY
 

As a customer and client of TravelSync you are guaranteed complete privacy. All personal data and credit card information submitted to us will be handled 100% confidentiality.

 
6. CONFIRMATION
 

TravelSync will send you an e-mail message confirming each reservation you transact online. We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.

 

We respect and will continue to respect the privacy of our customers who use TravelSync reservations system.

 
7. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
 

TravelSync and third party providers do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or availability for a particular purpose of any of the content or data found on this site.

 
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 

In no event shall TravelSyn, iLIve Corporation or third party providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or in any way connected with any use of this web site or content found herein.

 

The foregoing terms and conditions shall apply to both contract and negligence claims.

 
9. INDEMNIFICATION
 

You shall defend and indemnify TravelSync and third party providers and distributors from and against any claim or cause of action brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this Web Site.

 
10. RELATIONSHIP
 

The relationship between TravelSync and you will be that of independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees or agents of the other.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this web site. You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing.
